Michael Manning Weatherly, Jr. (born July 8, 1968) is an American actor, very best identified for his roles as Specific Agent Anthony DiNozzo within the tv series NCIS, and Logan Cale around the television series Dark Angel.

Weatherly was born in New York Town on July 8, 1968, and raised in Fairfield, Connecticut, by wealthy parents Patricia, a hospital administrator, and Michael Manning Weatherly, Sr. He left his university to pursue acting. His father cut him off from his inheritance when he decided to drop out of college.

He also had a excellent passion for music, and played inside a band even though pursuing his acting profession.
