Tony is put in charge of the team because of Gibbs’ rule #38 (“Your case, your lead”) and they discover that the Marine was framed for embezzlement and now someone is trying to silence those who really did it. Gibbs’ fondness of DiNozzo is shown and he announces how he is proud of his senior field agent.
