Pauley Perrette has signed a new multi-year deal for NCIS, CBS said.

The 41-year-old actress was one of five of cast members who had yet to sign a new contract for the CBS procedural. Since negotiations began, Rocky Carroll and David McCallum have also inked deals, while Sean Murray and Michael Weatherly are still negotiating, according to Entertainment Weekly, which first reported Perrette’s deal.

Mark Harmon and Cote de Pablo were already contracted to return for the series’ upcoming eighth season.

Pauley Perrette (born March 27, 1969) is definitely an American actress, recognized for playing Abby Sciuto on NCIS. She can also be a published writer and civil rights advocate.

Perrette was born in New Orleans and raised all above the southern United States. She told Craig Ferguson, on the Late Late Exhibit, that she has lived in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, New Jersey, and California.. She attended Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia wherever she studied forensics.

Perrette has worked for years in tv and film, mostly doing commercials, voice-overs, music videos and short films, and worked like a bartender in New York City. In 2001, as a recurring character released in Season 2 of Unique Unit 2, she played Alice Cramer, the Unit’s public relations individual. She then landed her present role, playing Abby Sciuto, an eccentric forensic scientist, on NCIS, a Television series dependent about the Naval Criminal Investigative Support. Perrette’s initial appearances as the character were on two episodes of JAG aired in spring of 2003 that served as being a backdoor pilot and released the characters. She has because appeared as Abby in two 2009 episodes of Watch Ncis Season 6 Online: Los Angeles.
